THE DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE AND NON TRANSFERRABLE THIS DEPOSIT DEDUCTED FROM THE CLIENT'S CONTRACT BALANCE, IF THE CLIENT CHOOSES WEDDING DAY SERVICESWE REQUIRE ATLEAST 30% OF THE CONTRACT PRICE AS DOWN PAYMENT, WHICH SHOULD BE SETTLED BEFORE OR ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT BEFORE THE SET UP STARTS.FOR FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS:
A 30% down payment is required to place your order. The remaining 70% of the contract balance must be settled before the item is shipped. For your peace of mind, we will provide photos of the item prior to shipping.

Please understand that when you book any of our services, we immediately begin purchasing raw materials, reserving dates, and dedicating time to conceptualize and prepare—whether it’s for a flower arrangement or event planning. These commitments involve both time and financial investment on our part. For this reason, we require a minimum 30% down payment to secure your booking. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DOWN PAYMENT IS NON REFUNDABLE & NON TRANSFERRABLE. WE ppreciate your understanding and cooperation.

For Events:
A 30% non-refundable down payment is required to secure your event date. The remaining 70% of the total contract must be paid on or before the day of the event, prior to setup.For Flowers:
A 30% down payment is required to confirm your booking. The remaining 70% of the contract balance must be settled before shipping.

‣ Payment Options

CASH, GCASH, BDO TRANSFER & BPI TRANSFER.

‣ Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled reservation date. Cancellations made after this period will require full payment of the contracted amount.

‣ Transportation Fee

Transportation fees vary depending on your location. To provide an accurate estimate, please send us your complete delivery address or event location. Once we receive your details, we’ll be happy to calculate and provide a transportation quote tailored to your area.
